The Portable Antiquities Scheme

A cast copper alloy miniature bi-lobed harness pendant, with a long central stem. There is a loop at the top. Attached to it is the suspension mount, which is T-shaped with a rivet on the reverse. Traces of gilding survive on the surface. This object dates to circa 12th to 14th century.
