This is a staute of Sir Anthony van Dyck, located in Antwerp, Belgium. He was born Antoon van Dyck in 1599 in Antwerp (modern day Belgium). van Dyck first moved to London in 1621, and then spent several years in Genoa, Italy, working independently as a successful portrait artist. In 1632, at the invitation of King Charles I of England, he returned to London to be the main court painter.
