Survey of existing parks in the lower 48 and less concern for liabilities for injuries. Segment 2: Guest interview with educational psychologist Dr. Sylvia Rimm, and author of the book: "Why Bright Kids Get Poor Grades: And What Your Can Do About It" (1995), describes her work with underachieving kids, the need for exposure to music and the arts, building spacial abilities, using the "V of Love" guidelines, and the exposing children to parents values in planning their child's life. Outlook is a magazine featuring segments on local public affairs.
