This episode is divided into three segments. Anchorage Mayor George Weurch is interviewed about the failure of a recent tax cap and steps going forward to balance the budget. Lastly, historical items, exhibits and learning initiatives at the Anchorage Museum of History and Art are shown and discussed. Outlook is a magazine featuring segments on local public affairs.
