This episode is divided into three segments. The first concerns a group of parents and community organizers concerned over the "merchandising of violence' in toys, and by extension TV, films and games, marketed towards young kids. Anchorage Mayor George Weurch is interviewed about the failure of a recent tax cap and steps going forward to balance the budget. Lastly, historical items, exhibits and learning initiatives at the Anchorage Museum of History and Art are shown and discussed. Outlook is a magazine featuring segments on local public affairs.
