Silver groat of Henry VIII (1509-1547), Second coinage (1526-1544), mintmark lis (1526-1544), young portrait, Laker Bust D, larger square face with Roman nose, fluffy hair, crown arch does not break inner circle. Long cross fourchee over royal shield reverse, initial mark Lis. Spink 2337E. The coin has a very tidy, small circular hole pierced through it just in front of the king's crown and there is a small piece missing from the rim at the bottom of the coin (6 o'clock position).
