Identification by: Jim Halliday.Part of an impressed Alnage quality control/tax lead seal from a length of cloth, showing a crowned portcullis. The other part is missing but would most likely have had the impressed portrait of Queen Anne. The back is plain and unmarked. Dates to 1702-1714.
