Strap-end made from two sheets of copper alloy. The strap-end is 11 mm wide at the attachment end, where there is a single separate copper-alloy rivet. It then tapers very slightly to 10 mm wide just before the terminal; here there is a second similar rivet, and then a transversely set lozengiform terminal. One face is decorated with a faint saltire of rocker-arm engraving.
