Copper alloy toy. Cast miniature pair of conjoined flat bottomed cauldrons with bulbous bodies of diameter 13.1mm and height 13.5mm, everted rims and a triangular handle on either side which joins the rim as a blind loop. A single long (13.2mm) tapered D section leg remains, with the scars left by the loss of two others, so the pair represented were actually supported by the complement required by a single vessel. The style of vessel suggests an early post-medieval date (Forsyth and Egan 2005, pages 111-115). Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1500-1700.Height: 25.3mm, Width: 36.1mm, Thickness: 13.7mm, Weight: 16.77gms.
