Raymond McMahon, 17, who has been hunted since last Friday in the abortive kidnapping of 7-year-old sally Carroll in suburban Hapeville, today gave himself up to police. His surrender came shortly after his indictment on kidnapping charges. Sally was freed a few minutes after being seized when her mother, Mrs. Robert e. Carroll jr. rammed her automobile into the abductor's car.
