New York: The circled window on 3rd floor of building which houses personnel of the Czechoslovakian Mission to the United Nations is where the body of Mrs. Vera Zizka was found 10/18. Mrs. Zizka, according to police, was slain by her husband, Karel, a Czech attache. Mr. Zizka shot himself after leading police in chase across New Jersey and into Pennsylvania. He's in critical condition.
