They Made It a Happy Ending--Rick Richardt, (right), who was obtained by the Angels two years ago for a bonus of about $200,000, and Paul Schaal, Angels’ third baseman, combined their skills with the bat last night to break a 6-6 tie in the 10th inning and beat the Washington Senators 7 to 6 at Anaheim, Calif. Reichardt drove in three runs, including a 2-run homer in the 5th, while Schaal drove in the winning run in the 10th with a two-out single. Reichardt, on base with a single, scored the run.
