U.S. Marine Corps Major Nathaniel Reich and his wife stroll together down an Okinawa street recently. Mrs. Reich is fighting for the privilege of staying here with her husband, which the Marine Corps says is against regulations. Marine regulations limit family visits to two months, and Mrs. Reich has already used that time. She has a lawyer and intends to take her case all the way to the top--to President Johnson if necessary.
