That’s The Limit-Don Hooper of Newbridge St., Hingham, displays a limit catch of six 10 to 14-inch trout he caught on Cape Cod. Hooper made his catch in Higgins Pond, Brewster, the first body of water in the state to be reclaimed and scientifically managed for trout fishing by the state Division of Fisheries and Game.
