Elizabeth ann roberts, a model, (left) and her mother, mrs. elizabeth darnell, 12 days in jail for refusing to testify against judge george p. weiss accused of photographing the model in the nude. whose age has been stated both as 16 and 18, then held against the mother for "ways to permit an appeal. the contempt sentence on elizabeth ann, jailed for mother charles were dismissed because of lack of evidence.
