Ousted Cubans Depart -- Jose Gomez Abad, an attaché at the Cuban U.N. mission, and wife Elsa walk to departure gate at New York's Idlewild airport today after ouster request by the State Department. Both were named by the FBI in New York Saturday in an alleged sabotage plot involving another attaché, Santiesteban Casanova, and two others. Casanova was held on grounds he does not have diplomatic immunity. Mrs. Gomez said only that she and her husband were going to Mexico City.
