Mrs. Elecia Kramek of Worcester, mother of two boys, whose freedom may hinge on a new trial, a motion for which will be filed in Superior Court here tomorrow. Mrs. Kramek claims she was convicted of a crime to which another woman has since confessed. She was sentenced Feb. to an indeterminate term at the Woman's Reformatory, Framingham, for passing four worthless $10 checks in Fitchburg.
