Scenes like this are being repeated all along the Mississippi coast because of the lack of electrical power. Gasoline shortage has become acute but enterprising station owners are using other means to pump the much needed fuel. As young Jimmy Taylor pours gas into a car, Buddy Morgan operates a lawnmower to make the pumps work. Electricity is out over a 30-mile coast stretch.
