Make Butter at Home. New Bedford, Mass.-Rather than stand on long lines that reach to the door of your neighborhood dairy shop perhaps advancing to the counter in time to see the last portion of scarce butter sold to the customer before you why not make your butter at home? A little patience, some effort and 'some heavy cream is all that is required to provide your table with the precious food. A student at Vocational High School here, Miss Joan Harrington, demonstrates how easy the process is. Although it is not necessary, the use of an electric mixer makes the task infinitely easier. Here, Joan pours the cream into the bowl of the mixer. The process which takes only a few minutes has begun.
