Keys to Frustrate Burglars -- Unorthodox keys here go to locks designed to increase home security. At left is a key for a "Proof Lock," a $100 device which traps and retains any key used to attempt unauthorized entry. Center is key with indentations instead of notches. It fits a $50 pick resistant lock. The key at right is a metal plate with a coded circuit printed on it. It operates an $800 computer programmed lock.
