Obsessed with the idea Mrs. Beulah Pontius, 40, at left, and her husband,Chester,42, were reading his mind with a "brain machine," 28 year old Robert Roscoe, above right, told police late yesterday how he shot her down after battering down her door early yesterday morning after her husband had left for work and as two daughters looked on. Police found disjointed, rambling notes in his room explaining how communists were "taking over."
