Heiress' mother and father at hearing

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Silver, parents of Mrs. Doris Jean Silver Ostreicher, food chain heiress who died Aug.24 after what police said was an abortion attempt in a mid-city apartment, were today as Mrs.Silver appeared for a hearing as an accesory in the operations. Under charges of performing the abortion are two others, Dr.Milton and Rosalie Schwartz, in whose apartment the 22-year-old bride died.
