Inventors Prepare for Convention. Many recent inventions are now on display at hotel Oakland, Oakland, as attractions at an executive conference of the Western Inventors' Association. The foot blood circulator is the invention of Fred T. Seccombe, Oakland. He explains that the inspiration for his invention as follows: "For years I was troubled with poor blood circulation. I found that by rubbing the soles of my feet on a rough surface my circulation was stimulated. Hence I conceived this cylinder affair with the wart effect."
