The foot blood circulator is the invention of Fred T. Seccombe, Oakland. He explains that the inspiration for his invention as follows: "For years I was troubled with poor blood circulation. I found that by rubbing the soles of my feet on a rough surface my circulation was stimulated. Hence I conceived this cylinder affair with the wart effect." Pretty blonde Caroline Rich tried out the gadget yesterday and found it effective, she said.
