Charged with molesting a seven-year-old girl, Episcopal minister Harold L. Elliott, 29, is booked here early 4/6. Police said he was apprehended by four teenagers after he allegedly coaxed the girl into his car and drove off with her. Police said his arrest may solve between 40 and 50 cases of molestation and indecent exposure on Long Island.
