Country club manager held in murder of woman

Richmond, Va. -- Photo shows mrs. Elsie Holt Snipes, pretty 28-year old divorcee and mother of two children, who was mysteriously shot through the head at her apartment and died in the Stuart Circle Hospital here. John W. Faison, 31-year-old secretary and manager of the Hermitage Country Club, married with five children has been arrested being suspected of the murder. Faison was in mrs. apartment at the time of the shooting, and claims she shot herself.
