Columbus, Ohio- The Los Angeles Dodgers completed the first deal of the baseball meetings 1 1/29 by sending outfielder Tommy Davis (L) and infielder Derrell Griffith (2nd L) to the New York Mets for second basemen Ron Hunt (3rd L) and outfielder Jim Hickman (R). The four-man swap was announced jointly by Bing Devine, newly elected president of the Mets, and Dodger General Manager Buzzy Bavasi. All four players are shown in recent file photos.
