Girl, 19, Awaiting Hearing, Flees Waltham Court. A stubborn little miss--aged 19-- who had been arrested on a vagrancy charge early today, escaped from a hearing room in the rear of District Court this morning. The young woman, who steadfastly refused to give arresting officers her name or address, fled the hearing room while waiting to have her case called. She had been seized near Waltham Common shortly after midnight after her actions aroused the suspicion of patrolman Mario Lituri. The oficer had sought to question the young woman earlier, but she had fled. Capt. J.W. Cunningham of the Waltham Police shown with unidentifed girl she refuses to give her name. She has been arrested on vagrancy charge. Girl later identified as Barbara J. Ylonen, 19, of Summit ave, Beverly.
