Back Behind the Iraq Sign - This man is the U.N. Security Council delegate of the ousted royal regime in Iraq and he was back at his seat today. Yesterday his seat was vacant. Abdul Majid Abbass said he was absent because he didn't feel well. His presence has been protested by the Soviet delegation. Police said he had reported a threat to his life.
