Accused of tossing girl off roof

Chubby 15-year-old Francis Michael Medaille, accused of throwing Kathleen Hegmann,7, to her death from roof of 13-story building in New York City's Bronx, is shown with policeman after re-enacting crime for detectives. Both the Medaille and Hegman families live in the apartment house where Francis lured Kathleen to the rooftop with a promise of 10 cents and a lollipop.
