Here and Now, smoking ban loophole, Language changes in the state no-smoking law that goes into effect July 5 may give bar and restaurant owners some creative ways to allow patrons to smoke. The "loophole" will be addressed by Smoke Free Wisconsin Executive Director Maureen Bussalachi who will appear in the Madison studio. Tavern League attorney Mike Wittenwyler provided this statement 'I don't think that's an enclosed space under the law.'
