Adult women cane seats on chairs at the Woolson House Shop. The women wear long dresses with high collars. The Woolson House was a recreational and work center for women who were blind and was located at Harvard and Inman Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The women were employed predominantly in weaving and chair caning.
