Hot Air Balloon tipping over (1969)

A photograph of a hot air balloon that appears to be either tipping over or trying to arise as the balloon fills up. A policeman and students are tying to hold onto the basket. The pilot and entertainer, Art Linkletter are in the basic. Both are wearing hard hats. There are people watching in the distance. The photo was taken during the 1969 Work Week festivities on the Campus of Springfield College. According to information with the photographs, the balloon never took off due to high winds.
