A letter to Edward Hitchcock in which Benjamin Silliman notifies Hitchcock about the shipment of his memoir and apologizes for accidental omissions made to a piece written by Hitchcock for The American Journal of Science. Silliman also asks Hitchcock if he would like his name to appear in an article review for the Journal.
