A complete cast lead miniature axehead of possible Roman date.It is sub-rectangular in plan and 'V'-shaped in side view. The blade is evenly curved and the butt end is slightly rounded. In side view there is a circular hole of 3.7mm diameter which is presumably for a handle.For comparison, see finds: SF-BD6BA3, SF-4AB493 and SF-105BC3.Alternatively, the find may date to the Medieval or post-Medieval period.
