ROMAN MINIATURE OBJECT

A copper alloy miniature flat axehead, measuring 18mm in length, the width of the blade end is 11mm and at the haft end 6mm in width. One face of this axehead has a corroded iron deposit at the attachment end, this may be where it was attached to a miniature iron shaft. The other face is smooth and both are undecorated. This axehead is most likely to be Roman in date.
