Three sample patches of fabric, two of which are knotted and two of which are dyed green. The white sample has 4 bindings (46a), a green sample has 4 bindings (46b) and a green dyed sample with 4 oblong white cut-out motifs (46c). The bindings are made with cotton thread. The squares are an example of the three stages in Gara (see M6-46). The three patches show how to knot the pattern Bled (see M6-47).
