Medieval gilt copper alloy horse harness pendant, very worn, corroded and bent, rectangular, decorated with an engraved fleur-de-lis, gilding survives within engraved decoration and now stands proud of corroded surface, 30 (unbent) x 38mm. Cf. drawing of example from Ashwellthorpe (HER 39875). 12th century.
