Jacquard woven ribbon with floral motif composed of polychrome flowers and green leaves on black ground; flowers connected by green and brown vines and leaves with bundle of brown and gold wheat; narrow band of gold outlined in brown along edge. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
