A silver penny of Henry III, struck 1248-1250 by the moneyer Gefrie (Geofrey) at the mint in Oxford. The coins is classified by it's wide faced portrait to class 3b (IIIb). The moneyer is misspelt in the reverse inscription (GEFREI) rather than the recorded version (GEFRIE)North: 987
