A star rowel from a rowel spur. The cast copper-alloy rowel has five oval-section points. On one side of the rowel, in between each of the points is a radiating linear engraving. In the centre is a circular perforation of 4.2mm. The diameter of the star rowel is 29.6mm and the weight is 4.37g.
