Krigare iklädd romersk rustning. Mannen har mustascher och långt lockigt hår. På huvudet en plymagerad hjälm med stora nedhängande partier av hjässkydd, försedda med horisontellt lagda metallskenor. Huvudet är något bakåtlutat och vridet åt höger. Rustningens nederdel består av ett kort, bälteliknande parti med rektangulära, avrundade flikar omväxlande med längre och spetsiga flikar. Större delen av tunikan är lämnad obetäckt. Kroppstyngden vilar på vänster ben medan höger är något böjt. Benen är stövelklädda. Skulpturen och bakstycket är snidade i ett stycke. Armarna, varav en saknas, är snidade separat och har suttit fästade vid bålen med dymlingar. Bakstycket är profilsvängt och baksidan är slät. Nedtill är bakstycket framdraget så att det bildas en kraftig sockel på vilken figuren står. Sockeln är enkelt ornerad på sidorna. Bakstyckets övre del fortsätter snett uppåt och bildar en bred platta ovanför krigarens huvud. Skulpturen är relativt välbevarad. Vänster arm samt höger hand saknas. The head is slightly backward-leaning and turned to the right. The lower section of the armour consists of a short belt-like section with rectangular rounded flaps alternating with longer pointed flaps. A large section of the tunic has been left uncovered. The body weight rests on the left foot, while the right leg is slightly bent. The sculpture is carved from a single piece of wood, except for the arms which are carved separately and attached to the trunk with dowels. The figure is placed in front of a profiled back-board, with a smooth reverse side, which is drawn forward at the bottom to form a robust base upon which the figure stands. The sides of the base are simply ornamented. At the top the back-board continues above the heads to form a wide plate-like section over the warriors'' head. The sculpture is, on the whole, relatively well-preserved. The left arm and the right hand are missing.
