Håndkolorerte smykker, kanskje også hud. Vanskelig å se motivet pga mange striper på platen, antagelig etter forsøk på å rense den. Platen ligger helt ut mot frontglasset, med delvis synlige platemerker øverst i motivet: "PRIMA, B[E?][rlin?], [...][R?]MANN Co". Malingen på baksiden av frontglasset flasser, og papp-passepartout som trolig har vært tilstede mangler nå. Kan ha blitt fjernet pga vannskade, baksidepapiret peker også i retning av en eldre reparasjon.

The Liverpool Studio mentioned on the case lid opened in 1849 (by Richard Beard Junior) so the date must naturally be 1849 or later (information provided by G. Batchen) Very skilfully and richly colored. Bought in London 1985. The lid is detatched from the tray (damage). Meget pent kollorert. Kjøpt i London 1985. Lokket er løsnet fra brettet.
