Belt with accessories

The belt is made of seal leather.‖ The clasp is carved from reindeer antlers. \Attached to the belt are a knife (idshako) with scabbard (1202-342), a hunting knife (nanlur-idshako) (1202-343), a firearm (turk) (1202-344) whose iron is missing, a seal-leather purse (1202-345), a sharkskin box (1202-346), and a decorated bone needle case (1202-347).\Both men and women wore belts. It is likely that we are dealing with a woman's belt here, given the shape of the knife and needle-case.\Belts fell into disuse in the first half of the 20th century.
