Album of thirty-seven hand-coloured drawings depicting various flowers, illustrated by James Bolton between 1781 and 1786, many signed and dated. Some flowers identified by the artist with their Latin name, including various cacti, roses and lillies. Late 18th-century London green leather (Hobson 102) with gilt border of Greek key-pattern and anthemium, marbled pastedowns, and titled 'Bolton's Drawings of Flowers' on the spine.
