A copper alloy miniature terret, Iron Age. This is a simple terret with a plain bar, the hoop ends in thin, projecting stops (a rounded triangle in profile); there is one stop at either end of the bar. The two stops extend into the centre of the ring (length of stop: 9.53mm). The terret has an oval section with the hoop narrowing from 6.96mm to 1.89mm opposite the bar. Length of bar: 6.81mm. There is a patchy, pale green patina with no wear pattern visible.
