A cast copper-alloy toy cauldron of medieval to post-medieval date. The cauldron has a bulbous body which narrows and then flares again at the rim. The cauldron is supported by tripod legs, one of which is missing. There are two handles opposite one another. The cauldron is damaged with a perforation and a crack in one side. It measures 14.5 mm high (excluding the legs) and is 13.6 mm wide. It is 22.7 mm in length from handle to handle. It weighs 10.3 grams. Numerous examples of miniature domestic utensils have been found in London and are discussed by Egan and Forsyth (2005).
