Lead possible Weight. Sub-rectangular offcut fragment of cast lead sheet with indented sides; the form resembles that of a miniature cushion. The convex upper surface bears an impressed or rouletted motif shaped like a V. Patinated overall. The mass could indicate this to represent 2 Drachmae or one quarter of an Uncia, Roman units of measurement. Such a weight would be used with a small balance.
