A miniature flat axe with a narrow butt and crescentic blade. The carefully made longitudinal profile thins towards both ends. An Early Bronze Age type probably copied in miniature in the Roman period. Length 45mm. Width at cutting edge 17mm. Width at butt 2mm. Thickness 3.5mm. Weight 5.91g. Cf. an example from West Acre (HER 31075).
