A lead toy or souvenir, a miniature of the Coronation Chair. It has a length of 62.48mm, width of 39.21mm, thickness 2.75mm and a weight of 79.77g. The chair is rectangular, with lozengiform mouldings on the backrest representing padding, and four Gothic arches on each side imitating carving. The legs are broken, and one side and part of the back is missing. The chair probably dates from the 19th or 20th centuries, and was probably made as a coronation souvenir; possible dates include 1838 (Victoria), 1902 (Edward VII), 1911 (George V), 1937 (George VI) and 1953 (Elizabeth II).Compare BERK-245A92.
