POST MEDIEVAL UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT

A lead unidentified object, possibly a piece of a toy or miniature figurine of probable post medieval date (c. AD 1540 - 1700). The object is rectangular in plan with a lozengiform terminal. The sides are bevelled. The object is bifacially decorated with a raised cross pomme on the lozengiform terminal, one arm of which extends down the rectangular body and is flanked on either side by a ridged triangle.The object measures 30.38mm in length, 17.65mm maximum width, 4.97mm minimum width, is 7.82mm thick and weighs 8.48g.
